Festive Fun - Day 22 - Carol K Carr

Carol K Carr has joined in the festive fun on Day 22

What is your favourite Christmas Carol/festive song?

My carol of choice is "Silent Night."  As for festive songs, I'll take anything by Nat King Cole, Dean Martin, or Bing Crosby.

What is your favourite festive film/book or both?

I never miss "White Christmas."  I'm also fond of "Christmas in Connecticut."

Tree – Real or Artificial? Why?

Definitely real.  It's a holiday tradition to spend hours swearing and sweating and trying to get a crooked tree to stand upright.

Mince pie or Choc Yule Log?

Anything with chocolate is a winner with me, but here in the states we'll have pecan pie for dessert.

Christmas dinner – Turkey or Beef or other?

We always have turkey on Thanksgiving, so we often do something completely different for Christmas.  Last year we had chicken and dumplings, an old Southern favorite.  And pecan pie, of course.

 Carol Carr says....

On December 31st, I'll be releasing India Black and the Rajah's Ruby, a digital short story describing how India acquire the money to purchase her brothel.  In February, the third book in the series, India Black and the Shadows of Anarchywill be published.
