Festive Fun - Day 22 - Juliet Archer

Juliet Archer shares her festive fun answers in the Author Advent today on Day 22

What is your favourite Christmas Carol/festive song?
‘Silent Night’, so evocative of the nativity scene. On a completely different note, I also have a soft spot for Wham’s ‘Last Christmas’.
What is your favourite festive film/book or both?
When our kids were young, it was one of the family traditions to get the box of Christmas books out of the loft and read them each night during the festive season. My favourite was The Cobweb Curtain, a retelling of the Christmas story from the point of view of a spider. Beautiful illustrations.
Favourite childhood memory for the season?
Really believing I could hear Santa’s sleigh bells outside in the middle of the night!
Tree – Real or Artificial? Why?
Real – nothing beats the scent of fir! And I’m very good at ignoring the carpet of needles …
You open the door to Carollers, who would be your dream team of Carollers?
Need you ask? Jane Austen’s heroes in Regency dress, with Richard Armitage as John Thornton thrown in!
